The instant estimate calculator runs entirely in your browser. Numbers you type into it are never sent to us or to anyone else.

3. How we use your information

We use what you submit for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and quoting or scheduling your stump grinding job. We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Third-party processors

A small number of services process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms — relays quote form submissions to our email inbox. Submissions pass through Web3Forms' servers to be delivered. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
• Netlify — hosts this website and collects the standard server access logs described above. See the Netlify privacy policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — records anonymized session interactions (clicks, scrolls, and page behavior) so we can spot and fix things on the site that don't work properly. Clarity may process your IP address and device information to provide this service. We do not use it for advertising or share the data with anyone else. See the Microsoft privacy statement.

Fonts and all other assets are served directly from this website — no font services, embeds, or content delivery integrations receive your visit data from us beyond our host.

5. Cookies & tracking

This site sets no cookies. Our only analytics tool, Microsoft Clarity, runs in cookieless mode as configured here — we verified at deployment that no cookies or browser storage are set. We run no ad trackers and no other analytics. If the way this site handles cookies ever changes, this policy will be updated first.

6. How long we keep it

Quote enquiries arrive in our business email inbox. We keep them for up to 30 days and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or object to how it's used. Call us at (817) 458-8360 or send your request through the contact form on our home page and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we honor "do not sell or share" requests as a matter of course.

8. Children

This website is for hiring a stump grinding service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has submitted our form, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Our processors (Web3Forms and Netlify) operate in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the U.S., information you submit will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles personal information — for example, by adding analytics — we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top before the change takes effect.
